Estate Management in Kent
At T.D Environmental Services we provide an all round estate management service. This takes out all the stress and hassle of managing your estate. We not only manage but we also aim to enhance where possible, giving you beautiful spaces to enjoy without the work involved in their upkeep.
Our Estate Management Services Include:
- Grass Cutting - This not only includes nice flat lawns/verges but those awkward banks that are always a challenge to cut. You can also give us a call when everything is overgrown so we can get your grass back under control, leaving you with easier future management. Or why not ask us for our prices for regular upkeep?
- Hedge cutting – As with grass cutting we can carry out regular visits or that first initial visit to get everything back under control.
- Tree surveys – If you run a private estate you should be having your trees surveyed for insurance purposes. This will minimise the likelihood of unexpected problems/failures of your trees. If a defect is shown up in the visual assessment we can provide an efficient and effective management plan.
- Tree works – See our tree surgery section.
- Weed control – We are qualified to apply herbicide to control all those unwanted weeds. Using a variety of application methods including manually where required.
- Planting – We can supply and plant trees and shrubs to give more character to your estate. All trees we supply come from reputable and local stockists where possible.
Woodland Management in Kent
We also offer woodland management amongst our services. Although we do provide commercial woodland management for timber harvesting, we mainly undertake woodlands that are used on a recreational basis. This includes;
- scrub clearance – Giving you easier access to walk and explore your woodland.
- Thinning – selective removal of certain trees for the benefit of others, or providing more light to the understory.
- Pathway construction – Clearing trees and using wood from the felled trees to construct natural pathways, for example log borders and a wood chip path.

Cutting trees usually for the timber for logs, fences etc. Coppicing is cutting trees to the coppicing bowl allowing them to reshoot in the following year.
